CLIMB THE LEVELS 

Level 1 with Steph Start Sept 7th, 
(she will go on to do level 2 in this time slot for those continuing on)
4 weeks -  Thursdays at 8:30pm 

Level 2 with Heather Start Sept 13th
 4 weeks - Wednesdays at 7pm 

Level 3 with Kayla Start Sept 11th
6 weeks - Monday at 7pm

Level 4 with Kayla Start Sept 11th
Drop IN- Monday at 8pm 

Level 5 with Lisa Start Sept 7th
Drop IN -  Thursday at 7pm
This class is 1.5 hours
20 warm up, 10 conditioning, 40 pole, 20 flex
